¼ tsp fenugreek seeds
Wash the ingredients a few times before soaking them
Grind the soaked ingredients using the water in which they have been soaked
Keep the batter aside for at least eight hours or overnight
The batter would rise by this time
You would notice that this batter has a light brown colour
Add salt just before making dosa
Grease a pan with oil or ghee
Pour a ladle full of batter and spread into thin crepe
Flip when one side is cooked
Enjoy the millet dosa with coconut chutney and sambar.
