Election dates have been announced for Jammu & Kashmir

New Delhi: In a significant update regarding the upcoming Assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir, Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar has confirmed that the elections will be conducted in three phases. The voting will take place on September 18, September 25, and October 1. The counting of votes is scheduled for October 4.

This phased approach aims to ensure a smooth and organized electoral process, accommodating the unique challenges of the region. Voters are encouraged to participate actively on their designated days to contribute to a fair and transparent election.
