JKNC Students Union President Condemns Udhampur Terror Attack, Extends Condolences to the Family of Village Defense Guard Martyr

Jammu, April 29, 2024 – In the wake of the recent tragic terror attack at Chochru Gala heights in Udhampur, Jammu and Kashmir National Conference (JKNC) Students Union President, Harsh vardhan Singh, vehemently condemns the cowardly act of terror that claimed the life of Village Defense Guard (VDG) member, Mohammad Shareef. Shareef, aged 48 and hailing from Lower Ponar, Basantgarh Udhampur, succumbed to his injuries at a local hospital following an initial exchange of fire with terrorists.

Expressing deep sorrow and solidarity, Harsh Vardhan stated, “Our hearts are heavy with grief as we mourn the loss of Mohammad Shareef, a brave VDG member who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
