Scoot Takes Off with New Planes and Destinations

Low-cost carrier Scoot is growing its fleet and routes. The airline will receive two new Embraer E190-E2 aircraft and launch flights to Kertajati, Indonesia, and Malacca, Malaysia.

Singapore – Low-cost carrier Scoot is bolstering its fleet and expanding its Southeast Asian network with the addition of new Embraer E190-E2 aircraft. The airline will receive its third and fourth E190-E2 jets in September and October, respectively.

To coincide with the fleet expansion, Scoot is launching flights to two new destinations: Kertajati, Indonesia, and Malacca, Malaysia. Service to Kertajati commences on September 28, while flights to Malacca begin on October 23.

With these additions, Scoot aims to strengthen its position in the region and offer passengers more travel options.
